Annual support for NDSR includes:

  • NDSR Upgrade – Receive the new version of the NDSR software program released during your support period. New versions of NDSR include additions and updates to the food and nutrient database to reflect changes in the food marketplace and better analytic data. Software enhancements are also included so that each new version has better functionality than the last.

  • Software and Technical Support – Assistance is provided Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Central Time for software questions and nutrition-related questions pertaining to your projects in NDSR.

  • New Food Resolutions – For foods that are not in the NCC Food and Nutrient database, supported clients can submit new food requests and receive resolutions. Support includes 30 resolutions per year for the initial license and 5 per year for each additional copy. Click on the link for further information on new food resolutions.
