Do you need to know the nutrient content of menus you are preparing for patient education materials, a feeding study, etc?

Send your menus to NCC and we’ll enter them into Nutrition Data System for Research (NDSR) for nutrient analysis.  Values for 178 nutrients, nutrient ratios, and other food components are provide for recipes, including important nutrients not found in many other dietary analyses (e.g. added sugars, glycemic index, glycemic load).  Food group serving count estimates (e.g. servings of dark green vegetables, sugar sweetened soft drinks, etc.) are also provided.
