Output files for Recall, Record and Record-Assisted Recall records include information about a participant’s food intake during a 24-hour period. The NDSR Dietary Supplement Assessment Module (DSAM) is an optional addition to dietary intake record protocols allowing for the collection of 24-hour or 30-day dietary supplement intake. Below is the type of data that NDSR output files include for these record types.
