Recipe Analysis

Do you need to know the nutrient content of recipes for patient education materials, a cookbook, a feeding study, etc.?

 

Send your recipes to NCC and we’ll enter them into Nutrition Data System for Research (NDSR) for nutrient analysis.  Values for 169 nutrients, nutrient ratios, and other food components are provided for recipes, including important nutrients not found in many other dietary analyses (e.g. added sugars, glycemic index, glycemic load).  Food serving count estimates (e.g. servings of dark green vegetables, sugar sweetened soft drinks, etc.) are also provided.
