Code to calculate Med diet score?

For my research project, I need to calculate a med diet score. I’ve identified a publication (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2980970/) where the authors describe the food groups they use to create this score. Does anyone have code for this or a similar metric from NDSR output files?
