Moving to a New Location - Friday, June 26th!

NCC is moving to a new location on Friday, June 26th. As we prepare and pack up, there may be some delays in responses from User Support.

Our phone lines will also be moved on Friday, causing phone service to be intermittent. Please leave a voicemail and we can return your phone call the following week or send an email to User Support.

Thank you for your patience as we get moved and settled into our new space!

The Nutrition Coordinating Center (NCC)

NCC distributes and supports Nutrition Data System for Research (NDSR), a dietary analysis software application widely used for the collection and coding of 24-hour dietary recalls and the analysis of food records, menus, and recipes.

NCC also maintains a comprehensive research-quality food and nutrient database. Software developers and researchers license the database for a variety of purposes such as supporting diet and nutrition apps.

A variety of services are available through NCC including NDSR training and certification, collection of telephone 24-hour dietary recalls, and entry of food records.
